01 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
02 Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
03 Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
04 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
05 Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
06 Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is an advantage.
07 Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
08 A valid driving license is an advantage.
