Requirements
đ°Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar supervisory role
đ°Ability to manage workers and site teams effectively
đ°Strong communication and leadership skills
đ°Ability to multitask and work independently without supervision
đ°Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
đ°Outgoing, responsible, and positive attitude
đ°Experience in physical marketing, branding, installations, or field work will be an added advantage
