❖ Advanced Diploma/ Diploma/ NCT/ NDT/ HND or Equivalent qualifications related to
Civil or QS Field.
❖ Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Aluminum/ Steel Fabrication or Interior Designing Field.
❖ Hands on Experience in Material Takeoff for Aluminum/ Steel Fabrication and Interior works.
❖ Familiar with Ceiling, Cladding & Partition work Quantity Takeoff.
❖ Positive attitude towards day to day works.
❖ Fluent in English with strong Negotiation & Communication skills.
❖ Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. (Mandatory).
❖ Excellent Analytical & Mathematical skills towards quantity Calculations.
❖ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
❖ Preferably a Male Candidate with a valid driving license (Bike).
❖ Ability to travel Colombo area and suburbs for day to day site visits.
