We are a fast-growing HVAC and MEP company looking for motivated male or female candidates to join our project team as Site Assistant / Site Supervisor.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in construction site coordination, HVAC projects, and MEP system installation supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Assistant:
Support daily site activities and project coordination
Assist supervisors and engineers on site work
Help in material handling, site arrangements, and documentation
Maintain basic site records and reports
Coordinate with technicians and store teams
Site Supervisor:
Supervise daily site activities and workforce
Ensure proper installation of HVAC/MEP systems
Monitor project progress and quality standards
Coordinate with engineers, clients, and subcontractors
Ensure safety and site discipline are maintained
Handle site reporting and progress updates
Requirements:
Experience in construction / HVAC / MEP projects will be an advantage
Basic knowledge of site work and coordination
Ability to read and understand technical instructions (preferred)
Good communication and leadership skills (especially for Supervisor role)
Responsible, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
Male or female candidates are welcome
