Showroom Supervisor
The Balcony Project is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual, ideally a woman with experience in the botanical, horticultural, or florist industry to take charge of our plant studio.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone mature, responsible, and confident in managing a boutique plant retail space independently.
A person with a natural eye for aesthetics — ensuring the studio floor, displays, and plant arrangements always look elegant, organized, and inviting.
Not essential but prior experience in a plant nursery, florist shop, botanical setting, or a similar environment is highly preferred.
Basic plant knowledge is an added advantage, though not compulsory - we're happy to guide the right person in handling indoor plants, maintaining display health, and assisting customers with care advice.
A warm, reliable personality who can interact with clients gracefully and represent our luxury brand with professionalism.
