
Showroom Sales Person
As a Showroom Salesperson, you are the face of the brand and the primary guide for customers navigating our physical space. Your goal is to transform a "just looking" visit into a confident purchase by combining expert product knowledge with genuine hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement: Greet visitors warmly and assess their needs through active listening and insightful questions.
• Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of features, benefits, and technical specifications to provide detailed demonstrations.
• Sales Conversion: Guide customers through the buying process, handle objections gracefully, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the showroom remains pristine, well-stocked, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
• Administrative Support: Process transactions accurately, manage CRM entries, and follow up on leads or custom orders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Communication: Ability to explain complex features in simple, persuasive terms.
• Interpersonal: A high level of emotional intelligence and a "people-first" attitude.
• Reliability: Punctuality and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Experience: Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred but not always required for the right personality.
