🔰𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂 :

✔ 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬:

Drive and meet sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for both the three-wheeler and motorbike sections.

✔ 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

Ensure a welcoming, professional, and clean showroom environment. Greet customers, gather their contact information, and follow up to convert leads into sales.

✔ 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬:

Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming. Implement visual merchandising strategies to ensure both three-wheelers and motorbikes are displayed attractively.

✔ 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure all stock is displayed attractively and is readily available.

✔ 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩:

Train, mentor, and manage any sales staff or assistants. Conduct regular team meetings to review sales performance and market trends.

✔ 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞:

Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🔰𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 :

✔ Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in retail or showroom sales.

✔ Strong customer handling, communication, and sales-driven mindset.

✔ A positive attitude with a focus on results is essential.

✔ Ability to lead a team, maintain showroom standards, and implement effective sales strategies.
