Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Promote ongoing offers, accessories, and new arrivals
Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays
Handle billing, stock support, and basic POS activities
Build long-term relationships with customers
Requirements:
Minimum O/L or A/L qualification
Previous experience in retail or fashion sales is an advantage
Good communication skills (Sinhala / Tamil, basic English preferred)
Pleasant personality and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
Target-oriented and team player
