About the Role
Wasanthaye Mahagedara is looking for a confident, experienced, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Malabe branch.
The ideal candidate will handle clients professionally, manage groom and wedding-related inquiries, and actively contribute to sales growth while maintaining our brand’s traditional and premium image.
Key Responsibilities
Professionally handle customers interested in Nilame attire and traditional wedding packages
Build strong relationships with grooms, families, and wedding planners
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages
Manage bookings, payments, customer records, and follow-ups
Achieve assigned sales targets and support branch performance
Handle client communication via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails
Coordinate with internal teams (fittings, tailoring, operations) to ensure excellent service
Requirements
Age: 30 – 40 years
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role
(Experience in wedding, fashion, or service industry is an advantage)
Excellent customer handling and communication skills
Strong command of English (spoken & written)
Good computer literacy (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, CRM systems)
Professional appearance with a positive, confident attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
