AUCHEV is looking for an experienced and driven individual to lead our showroom operations. If you have strong leadership skills and a proven sales track record, this is your chance to grow with a fast-developing EV brand.
🔍 Key Requirements:
✔ 2–4 years of sales experience (minimum 1 year in a supervisory role)
✔ Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Experience in retail/showroom sales (preferred)
✔ Ability to handle customers, objections, and closing effectively
✔ Good knowledge of sales processes, reporting & performance tracking
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently
✔ Well-organized and capable of managing showroom operations independently
✔ Experience in automobile / EV industry (added advantage)
