The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the vehicle sales showroom in Jaffna, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance and leading the showroom team to achieve business objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, effective sales management skills and the ability to maintain high operational standards while building lasting customer relationships.

【~】✪ 🔹Monitor vehicle inventory and coordinate with the operations team.

【~】✪ 🔹Prepare sales reports and analyse showroom performance.

【~】✪ 🔹Plan and implement sales promotions and marketing activities.

【~】✪ 🔹Maintain showroom standards, cleanliness and vehicle displays.

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 | සුදුසුකම් :

【~】✪ 🔹A minimum of three to five years’ experience in vehicle sales or showroom management.

【~】✪ 🔹Proven leadership and team management skills.

【~】✪ 🔹Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

【~】✪ 🔹Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

【~】✪ 🔹Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

【~】✪ 🔹A valid driving licence would be an added advantage.

【~】✪ 🔹Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
