Talent Hut is hiring on behalf of a reputed IT retail company. We are looking for a technically skilled and sales-driven Showroom Manager with strong knowledge in computer hardware, accessories, and custom PC assembling to lead showroom operations and drive performance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations and team performance
- Drive sales targets, focusing on laptops, PC components, and custom builds
- Guide customers in selecting the right hardware solutions (gaming, office, etc.)
- Supervise and support custom PC assembling and configurations
- Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Maintain high standards in customer service and technical consultation
- Manage stock coordination for hardware components and accessories
- Ensure proper product displays, especially for gaming and PC build setups
- Prepare sales reports and track showroom performance
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations
🔹 Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in IT retail/showroom management
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, PSU, etc.)
- Hands-on experience or understanding of PC assembling and troubleshooting
- Passion for gaming PCs, custom builds, and latest tech trends
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Sales-driven with a target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle customer queries with both technical and sales confidence
