Touch of Gold Jewelry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Colpetty showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily showroom operations
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the showroom sales team
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high client satisfaction
- Achieve showroom sales targets and business objectives
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and showroom presentation
- Handle stock coordination, reporting, and operational controls
- Maintain staff discipline, attendance, and overall showroom standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail showroom management
- Strong experience in retail sales and customer handling
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Well-presented, energetic, and professionally groomed personality
- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment
- Experience in jewelry or luxury retail will be a definite advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting systems
