Showroom Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities

* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.

* Prepare customer quotations and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

* Oversee inventory management, including stock control, stock taking.

* Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.

* Supervise daily store operations.

Requirements

* Minimum of 4 years of showroom experience.

* G.C.E A/L or relevant qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management

* Good knowledge of English.

* Basic knowledge in Accounts is an advantage.

Duties

* Ability to multitask in sales, queries, cash handling and packaging.

* Preparation of quotations and managing emails.

* Assistance in day to day accounts and keep proper records of transactions.

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

* Saturday 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.

* Closed on Poya days.
