A leading name in the Tile and Bathware industry is seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and high-performing individuals to lead our teams as **Showroom Managers** for our branches in **Mahiyanganaya, Wennappuwa, Kesbawa, Balangoda, and Minuwangoda**.

#### 💠 **CANDIDATE PROFILE**

* **Education:** Passed G.C.E. A/L examination in all three subjects.

* **Qualifications:** Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Management, or a professional qualification from SLIM / CIM, or a marketing-related qualification from a reputed institution.

* **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the same industry (Tile & Bathware) or related fields such as the **Hardware industry**.

* **Key Attributes:** A dynamic and results-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and business acumen.

* **Interpersonal Skills:** A proven team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* **Age:** Below 45 years of age.

#### 💠 **RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a premium customer experience.

* Lead, motivate, and guide the showroom sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

* Manage showroom inventory, stock displays, and ensure visually appealing product merchandising.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers, contractors, architects, and corporate clients.

* Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and maintain accurate daily sales reports via the ERP system.

* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain a high standard of showroom discipline and cleanliness.
