• Previous experience in showroom management or in a supervisory/assistant manager role
• Experience in branded retail environments (local or overseas)
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills
• Ability to drive sales and manage a team effectively
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Age below 35 years
