🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations
- Lead and supervise sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Monitor stock, vehicle display, and showroom presentation
- Coordinate with head office for sales, marketing, and reporting
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven experience in showroom or retail management (automobile experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of electric vehicles (EV) is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools)
