Accountant Assistant

Job Duties:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

• Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliations.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

• Utilize IT systems efficiently for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

• Continuously monitor and improve financial reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Female

• Age below 28 years

• Part-qualified in CIMA, CA, or ACCA (at least two stages fully completed).

• Minimum of 2–3 years in a commercial organization, preferably in financial reporting roles.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices.

• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
