Service / After Repair Coordinator

💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : SERVICE & AFTER-SALES REPAIR COORDINATOR

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service & After-Sales Repair Coordinator to join our growing retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating after-sales service, managing repair requests, liaising with customers and suppliers, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

Good understanding of household electrical and electronic appliances

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in after-sales service or repair coordination is preferred

Knowledge of warranty claim procedures will be an added advantage

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

Coordinate all after-sales service and repair requests for electrical and electronic household appliances

Schedule and monitor repair jobs with in-house and external service technicians

Maintain accurate service records, warranty claims, and repair documentation

Follow up with customers regarding repair status and ensure timely resolution

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently

Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for spare parts and warranty support

Monitor service turnaround times and prepare service performance reports

Ensure compliance with company service standards and quality procedures

Full-time permanent position

Based at Kiribathgoda head office

8.30 A.M - 5.30 P.M working hours
