- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive body shop is mandatory.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicle body components, repair processes, painting and estimating.
- Ability to inspect vehicles, identify repair needs and coordinate repair tasks with technicians.
- Experience in handling job cards, repair updates, cost estimates and customer follow-ups.
- Familiarity with service systems and insurance claim handling is an added advantage.
