【~】 Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or related field

【~】 3–5 years’ experience in accident repair service advisory

【~】 Strong knowledge of insurance claim procedures

【~】 Hands-on experience in estimate and supplementary preparation

【~】 Good communication and negotiation skills

【~】 Strong follow-up and documentation ability

【~】 Prepare repair estimates and submit to insurance companies

【~】 Prepare and submit supplementary estimates when required

【~】 Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors

【~】 Monitor repair progress across all body shop sections

【~】 Manage salvage parts return as per insurance requirements

【~】 Prepare final invoices

【~】 Follow up on payments until full settlement

【~】 Maintain complete and accurate job documentation
