We are looking for a Service Advisor to manage and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for our fleet of diesel vans and passenger cars. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between drivers, workshops, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance of diesel vans and cars
Receive and document vehicle complaints from drivers and operational teams
Liaise with internal workshops and external service providers
Prepare job cards, service schedules, and maintenance records
Follow up on vehicle downtime and ensure minimal disruption to operations
Monitor service quality, costs, and turnaround times
Maintain accurate fleet service and repair documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in fleet/automotive operations
Sound knowledge of diesel engines, vans, and passenger vehicles
Ability to coordinate multiple vehicles and service schedules efficiently
Strong communication and documentation skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office / fleet management systems preferred)
Technical qualification in automobile or mechanical field will be an advantage
