โช Ability to identify and categorize different types of linen according to washing requirements.
โช Experience in operating commercial laundry machinery and equipment.
โช Responsible, hardworking, and capable of handling daily production workloads efficiently.
โช Strong attention to quality standards, safety procedures, and operational excellence.

โช Senior Washman:
โช Load and unload linen from washing and dry-cleaning machines.
โช Sort and group linen according to category and treatment requirements.
โช Operate all laundry machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
โช Add the correct chemicals and detergents according to the washing process.
โช Inspect linen for damages and report any issues to the Manager before processing.
โช Inspect linen after washing and perform stain-removal procedures when necessary.
โช Ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality throughout the washing process.
โช Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
โช Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Salary: Rs. 100,000 โ 120,000/= (Depending on experience and expertise)
Hours: 8:00 AM โ 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Type: On-site role at a commercial laundry plant.
Shift Requirement: This position may require working up to a 12-hour shift based on operational requirements. Employees may sign off once the daily workload has been successfully completed.
