💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the FMCG industry, preferably in food manufacturing

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and GHP

Hands-on experience in audit coordination, regulatory compliance, and laboratory management

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Manage and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes to ensure consistent product quality

Ensure compliance with company quality systems, food safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements

Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems, including ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and GHP requirements

Coordinate and facilitate internal, external, customer, and certification audits while ensuring the timely closure of corrective actions

Oversee laboratory operations, including product testing, documentation, equipment calibration, and compliance with laboratory procedures

Manage Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) quality control processes

Monitor and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement

Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports as required
