Role Summary
Lanka Tractors Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Sales & Service to support showroom operations, aftersales service coordination, dealer support, and customer relationship management.
The role will focus on ensuring efficient operational coordination across showroom, workshop, and dealer networks while delivering a high standard of customer service and aftersales support. The ideal candidate should possess a good technical understanding of tractors, vehicles, or agricultural machinery and the ability to work closely with customers, dealers, service technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Support daily showroom operations, including customer walk-ins, product displays, test units, and maintaining a professional showroom environment.
• Coordinate aftersales service operations, including service scheduling, warranty claim processing, and spare parts availability to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
• Liaise with service technicians, workshop teams, and dealers to manage service jobs, pre-delivery inspections (PDI), machine assembly coordination, and handover preparation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service jobs, warranty claims, spare parts inventory, and showroom transactions.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues, ensuring prompt follow-up and satisfactory resolution.
• Assist in organizing product demonstrations, showroom events, and customer engagement activities to strengthen brand visibility and dealer support.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) across showroom, service, and aftersales functions while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Professional qualification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Agricultural Machinery, or Aftersales Management would be beneficial.
• 3–5 years of experience in service coordination, aftersales operations, or showroom management within the tractor, agricultural machinery, automotive, or heavy equipment industry.
• Strong understanding of workshop processes, PDI procedures, warranty handling, and spare parts management.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
