💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Senior Electrician

EL-TORO Roofing Products Limited - A leading industrial organization in Sri Lanka, providing a range of environmentally friendly products for complete roofing solutions. The company has established its modern manufacturing facility in Chilaw.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

1. Senior Electrician:

GCE (O/L) qualified

Professional Qualification in Engineering / NVQ Level 4/5 Qualification is essential

Good knowledge in computer literacy (MS Excel)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a plant environment

Work knowledge of ISO Standards (EMS / OSH)

Work knowledge in PLC & Automation system

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player

Able to work long hours & shift basis

2. Electrician:

NVQ Level 3/4 qualification - 1 year or 2 year course from a recognized institution

Minimum 2/3 years' experience in a similar capacity in the manufacturing sector

Ability to work long hours at factory (Chilaw) and be a good team player

| # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

1. Senior Electrician:

Age not more than 40 years

Strong technical and electrical skills

Team player with ability to work independently

Flexible with working hours

Good knowledge of ISO standards and PLC/Automation systems

2. Electrician:

Age below 45 years

Strong technical skills in electrical systems

Team player with positive attitude

Willing to work long hours

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐬 :

1. Senior Electrician:

Supervise and manage electrical operations in the plant

Oversee electrical maintenance and repairs

Ensure compliance with ISO standards (EMS / OSH)

Manage PLC & Automation systems

Coordinate with production and maintenance teams

Ensure smooth plant electrical operations

2. Electrician:

Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repairs

Maintain and repair plant electrical systems

Support plant operations as required

Ensure quality and safety standards
