01 Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Draftsman in the construction or architectural industry.
02 Diploma or professional qualification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
03 Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawing standards.
04. Experience preparing architectural, structural, and detailed construction drawings.
05. Ability to interpret architectural designs, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
06. Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
07. Experience in preparing shop drawings, working drawings, as-built drawings, and revisions.
08. Ability to coordinate drawings with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and site teams.
09. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
11. Knowledge of MS Office and other relevant design/drafting software.
12. Good communication and teamwork skills.
13. Previous experience handling multiple construction projects will be an added advantage.
