Key Responsibilities
Lead visual execution across digital, motion, and brand campaigns
Translate briefs into clear, effective creative concepts
Produce high-quality static, motion, and video assets
Maintain and evolve ikman's brand identity
Collaborate with marketing, content, and stakeholders
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and production quality
Contribute creative ideas beyond execution
Use Al tools to improve speed and exploration
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio
Strong visual sense (composition, contrast, spacing, hierarchy)
Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills
Good command of motion graphics and video (After Effects, etc.)
Familiarity with Ul design, Al tools, and HTML5 animation is a plus
Ability to balance brand consistency with creative thinking
