REQUIREMENTS

⭕ Minimum 3 years of experience in the BPO industry

⭕ Strong communication & negotiation skills

⭕ Ability to work with targets and KPIs

⭕ Exposure to Forex call handling will be an added asset.

⭕ Strong English skills are required; knowledge of Gulf languages is a plus.
