1. Job Responsibilities
• Provide Chinese–English interpretation for daily business communications and meetings (Sinhala / Tamil skills are a plus)
• Assist in external business coordination, client reception, and communication
• Support management with daily tasks (schedule arrangement, document organization, follow-ups)
• Participate in basic HR functions (recruitment coordination, employee communication, etc.)
• Complete other tasks assigned by management

2. Requirements
• Age between 20–30
• Fluent in English (able to handle daily business communication)
• Chinese proficiency preferred (HSK Level 4 or above)
• Knowledge of Sinhala / Tamil is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, execution ability, and sense of responsibility
• Prior experience in translation, business support, or HR is preferred

3. Salary & Benefits
• Probation (1 month): LKR 60,000
• After probation: LKR 70,000 – 120,000 (negotiable based on ability)
• Two days off per week, public holidays observed
• Location: Colombo 03

• Experience working in a Chinese company
• Experience in business reception or client-facing roles
• Willingness to work overtime when required
