Senior Barista

We are looking for an experienced Senior Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent coffee knowledge, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lead and support junior staff. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining consistency in drink preparation, handling customer inquiries professionally, managing stock and daily operations, training baristas, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Candidates should be able to communicate in English, work under pressure, and contribute to creating an exceptional café experience for our customers.
