🔐 Position: Security Officer
Location: Be Desi (Pvt) Ltd - Wellawatta
Employment Type: Full-Time
🛡️ Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and security of customers, staff, and mall property
Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols
Control access points and manage visitor entry/exit
Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities
Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
Prepare daily security reports and incident documentation
✅ Requirements:
Minimum O/L qualification
Previous experience in retail or mall security is an advantage
Physically fit and well-disciplined
Strong observation and communication skills
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Valid security training certification (preferred)
