Job - Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage CEO’s schedule, meetings, and appointments

- Handle all confidential correspondence and communication

- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents

- Coordinate with internal departments on behalf of the CEO

- Arrange meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points

- Manage travel arrangements and travel for official assignments

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

- Previous experience in a similar executive or administrative role preferred

- Presentable personality and Age between 25 - 35

- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Presentable, confident, and proactive personality
