Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support day-to-day sales operations.
* Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up with relevant departments.
* Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and reports.
* Assist the Sales Team in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
* Support the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports.
* Ensure proper filing and maintenance of sales-related documents.
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
