
Sales Showroom Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the overall showroom operations while ensuring smooth daily workflow and service excellence
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual, showroom, and group sales targets
• Lead, supervise, and motivate sales teams to maintain high productivity and customer service standards
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports for management
• Ensure proper stock management, merchandising, and display standards across the showroom
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service coordination to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with management regarding promotions, marketing activities, and business development initiatives
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, and performance evaluations
• Maintain accurate cash handling, sales documentation, and operational records
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
Educational Qualifications
• Diploma / Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Professional qualification in Sales, Retail Management, or Leadership will be an added advantage
• Strong computer literacy including MS Office, POS systems, and reporting tools
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail sales or showroom operations
• Prior experience in a mobile phone / electronics showroom will be highly preferred
• Proven experience in team leadership, sales target achievement, and operational management
• Experience in stock handling, reporting, and customer relationship management
