💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Passed GCE A/L with basic English knowledge

【~】✪ Professional behavior and good communication skills

【~】✪ Basic English speaking ability (to communicate with preschool teachers)

【~】✪ 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG, education, or service sector preferred; medical delegate experience is an advantage)

【~】✪ Should be able to cover and work across the three assigned areas as per the demarcation

【~】✪ Should be active and energetic, with a good understanding of the market and strong negotiation skills

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Active and energetic self-starter

【~】✪ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

【~】✪ Good understanding of the local market

【~】✪ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

【~】✪ Basic English proficiency for client communication

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Drive market outreach initiatives to increase product visibility and brand presence

【~】✪ Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners

【~】✪ Identify and onboard new distributors and sales channels

【~】✪ Explore opportunities in modern trade, e-commerce, and institutional sales (schools, learning centers, etc.)

【~】✪ Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches and promotional activities

【~】✪ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

【~】✪ Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
