Pelwatte Dairy Industries is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative – Modern Trade to join our growing team.

📌 Position :

👨‍💼 Sales Representative – Modern Trade

📝 Key Responsibilities :

🎯 Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned Modern Trade outlets.

🤝 Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with store managers, buyers, and other relevant personnel within assigned Modern Trade accounts.

🛒 Ensure all Pelwatte products have optimal visibility, prominent shelf placement, and accurate pricing across outlets.

💰 Monitor and ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments from assigned accounts while adhering to company credit policies.

🎓 Qualifications :

G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification is required.

💼 Experience :

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the FMCG or Dairy Industry.

⭐ Skills Required

▪️ Excellent negotiation skills

▪️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

▪️ Ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term customer relationships

🤝 පවරා ඇති Modern trade වෙළඳ ගිණුම් තුළ ගබඩා කළමනාකරුවන්, ගැනුම්කරුවන් සහ අනෙකුත් අදාළ පුද්ගලයින් සමඟ ශක්තිමත්, ඵලදායී සබඳතා ගොඩනඟා පවත්වා ගැනීම.

🛒 සියලුම පැල්වත්ත නිෂ්පාදන සඳහා ප්‍රශස්ත දෘශ්‍යතාව, කැපී පෙනෙන රාක්ක ස්ථානගත කිරීම සහ අලෙවිසැල් හරහා නිවැරදි මිල ගණන් ඇති බව සහතික කිරීම.

💰 සමාගම් ණය ප්‍රතිපත්තිවලට අනුකූලව පවරා ඇති ගිණුම් වලින් හිඟ ගෙවීම් කාලෝචිත ලෙස එකතු කිරීම නිරීක්ෂණය කර සහතික කිරීම.

🎓 සුදුසුකම් :

▪️ අ.පො.ස. උසස් පෙළ (උසස් පෙළ) සුදුසුකම් අවශ්‍ය වේ.

💼 පළපුරුද්ද :

▪️ අලෙවි නියෝජිතයෙකු ලෙස අවම වශයෙන් අවුරුදු 1–3 ක පළපුරුද්ද, වඩාත් සුදුසු වන්නේ FMCG හෝ කිරි කර්මාන්තයේ ය.

▪️ විශිෂ්ට සාකච්ඡා කුසලතා

▪️ ශක්තිමත් සන්නිවේදනය සහ අන්තර් පුද්ගල කුසලතා

▪️ විකුණුම් ඉලක්ක සපුරා ගැනීමට සහ දිගුකාලීන පාරිභෝගික සබඳතා ගොඩනඟා ගැනීමට ඇති හැකියාව
