We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive sales of our high-quality hotel kitchen equipment, including commercial ovens, refrigeration units, food processors, and stainless steel fabrication solutions. Join our growing team and help hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses elevate their operations with reliable, innovative products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, restaurants).
Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales support.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote our product range.
Prepare sales reports, track market trends, and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns.
Achieve and exceed sales quotas while representing Chef’s Choice with professionalism.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in hotel kitchen equipment, appliances, or hospitality supplies.
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment (e.g., cooking ranges, dishwashers, preparation tools).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Sinhala; Tamil is a plus.
Valid driving license and own vehicle (travel within North Western Province and beyond required).
Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, with good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
What We Offer:
Competitive salary (Rs. 60,000–80,000 base + attractive commissions).
