Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage partnerships with hotels, corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
Secure new contracts for airport transfers, vehicle hires, and chauffeur services.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and coordinate invoicing and receivables.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns and referral promotions.
Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
Supervise field promotions, including leaflet distribution and promotional stalls.
Train, motivate, and manage field promotion teams.
Set performance targets and ensure operational readiness.
Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly progress reports.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
Experience in the travel, hospitality, or taxi industry is an advantage.
Proven track record in acquiring and managing hotel or corporate accounts.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM systems, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp.
Willingness to travel within Colombo and lead field teams.
