About Us
Wasanthaye Mahagedara is one of Sri Lanka's leading traditional wedding attire and groom service providers, operating multiple branches with a strong reputation for quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, improve branch performance, increase bookings, and achieve company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales operations across all branches.
- Drive the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Improve lead conversion and branch sales performance.
- Train, motivate and supervise Branch Managers and Sales Executives.
- Monitor daily sales activities and customer follow-ups.
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Work closely with Marketing and Management to grow the business.
Requirements
✅ Age 30–45 Years
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management, Branch Management or Business Development.
✅ Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving sales targets.
✅ Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to motivate teams and deliver results.
✅ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
✅ Willing to travel between company branches.
✅ Driving Licence is an added advantage.
