Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated and confident Female Sales Executive to join our online sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good computer literacy, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally from home.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media

Promote company products and achieve daily/weekly sales targets

Maintain customer records and follow up on leads

Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service

Coordinate with the internal team for order processing

Attend online sales meetings and training sessions when required

Requirements

Female candidate (18–40 years)

Previous sales experience is an added advantage

Strong communication skills in Sinhala/Tamil/English

Must have a smartphone, stable internet connection, and a quiet work environment

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Positive attitude, target-oriented, and energetic

Working Hours

Monday to Sunday ( 9AM - 7.30PM )

One day off Per Week.
