Partly qualified in Sales/Marketing
More than 1 year of experience in sales & marketing in the solar or renewable energy industry
Strong understanding of solar PV systems, net metering/off-grid systems, and EPC sales cycles
Should be below 35 years of age
Good communication skills in English and Sinhala, both oral and written
Should be a strong team player who can deal with multiple stakeholders

Drive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets in residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments

Foster long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders
Improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies for efficiency
Build detailed sales plans with clear quota breakdowns
Closely align with customer needs to support upsell & cross-sell growth
