Sales Executive – Tile, Bathware & Sanitary Showroom

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.

* Recommend tiles, bathware, faucets, and related products based on customer requirements.

* Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.

* Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

* Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.

* Coordinate with the billing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in showroom or retail sales is preferred.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Ability to work as part of a team and on weekends/public holidays when required.

Location: Kalutara

Salary: Attractive basic salary + sales incentives (based on experience and performance).
