Sales Executive

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive for our tea center at the prestigious Pilimathalawa Tea Factory.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident, and passionate about sales, with the ability to interact effectively with both local and international tourists.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote and sell premium Ceylon tea products to tourists

Assist customers with tea tasting and product selection

Build strong relationships with tour guides and travel companies

Achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment

👤 REQUIREMENTS

Russian or Chinese speaking (highly preferred)

Good communication skills in English (essential)

Pleasant personality with strong sales skills

Experience in sales, retail, or tourism is an advantage

Ability to confidently handle foreign customers
