Unimak Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting the company’s growth within B2B markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate business growth within target markets.
• Professionally promote the company’s products and services to corporate customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on customer inquiries, and manage the sales process from initial inquiry to order completion.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports to management.
Candidate Requirements:
• Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Previous B2B sales experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good command of English and Sinhala.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
