Seeking a driven Sales Executive with freight forwarding experience to join the team in Colombo 10.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly
Follow up on leads, referrals, and existing client opportunities
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Sales (essential)
Proven track record in B2B sales / logistics / shipping industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Self-motivated with strong closing skills
Part qualification in CIM / SLIM (advantageous)
