Projector.lk is looking for a friendly, responsible and energetic Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Colombo 02. The selected person will assist customers, explain projector products and help the company achieve sales targets.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Explain projector models, screens, smart boards and accessories.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
Demonstrate products clearly inside the showroom.
Answer telephone, WhatsApp and social-media inquiries.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Maintain product displays and keep the showroom organised.
Update customer and sales information correctly.
Support stock checking, packing and delivery arrangements.
Provide professional customer service before and after each sale.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
Tamil language ability will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of computers and electronic products.
Previous experience in sales or showroom work is preferred.
Ability to learn projector specifications and explain them simply.
Friendly, honest and confident personality.
Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates living near Colombo will be preferred.
