💠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
【~】✪Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
【~】✪ Handle clients, negotiations, and closing deals.
【~】✪ Conduct site visits, client follow-ups, and presentations.
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales (real estate / land sales preferred).
【~】✪ Professional communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil is an advantage).
【~】✪ Strong skills in client handling and negotiations.
