Key Responsibilities
*Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
*Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
*Coordinate vehicle demonstrations, test drives, financing procedures, and vehicle deliveries.
*Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, quotations, and customer records.
*Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Requirements
*Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L Examination.
*Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, insurance, leasing, or the automotive industry.
*Professional qualification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
*Possession of a valid riding and/or driving licence.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and target-driven attitude.
