The Role
We’re looking for Sales Executives to manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for owners, buyers, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or another client-facing role.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the confidence to build trust and influence client decisions.
• Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable properties through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Comfortable handling objections and guiding clients towards booking property viewings and progressing through the sales journey.
• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple client inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups each day.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain accurate CRM records and keep client information up to date.
• A willingness to learn the Colombo real estate market and continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
